The content of the recording is as follows:
Isochronic tones and binaural beats starting in beta and descending to alpha / theta
frequencies. There are several shoots up to high beta to disourage falling asleep.
This results in a mind awake / body asleep condition. At the end of the recording
you will be in the Alpha / Theta state – so give yourself a good 30 minutes to come
round before driving etc.;
Throughout the recording there is a prominent rhythm that you can follow if you wish;
Intermittent prominent ‘anchor’ bells, explained in the instructions;
Other Tibetan bells, natural sounds and white noise as the recording progresses.
